The Rosedale Manor Bed and Breakfast is a waterfront heritage home in the beautiful coastal town of Placentia, Newfoundland. Placentia is located on the Avalon Peninsula, on a route called the Cape Shore which links with the Irish Loop drive, and is only one and a half hour drive from St. John's. We are only five kilometers from the Argentia ferry terminal, one of the main links between Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.

Originally built in 1893 this home stands today as one of Placentia's well known heritage homes. Four well-appointed guest rooms with garden or ocean views, high quality hand made antique furniture and free wireless internet access.
