in Port Blandford overlooking Bonavista Bay and adjacent to
Terra Nova National Park. Port Blandford is 2 1/4 hours drive
west of the capital city St. John’s and approximately
7 hours drive east of Port Aux Basques.
Our 7 charming, clean cottages on 1 1/2 acres in a clearing
of tall quaking aspens overlooking the ocean are fully equipped
with modern amenities. Newly renovated with comfy new Queen
beds, Jacuzzi, Fireplace, Cable TV/DVD, Gas B.B.Q,s /private
decks, landscaped for privacy.
There is plenty to do while visiting with us! Minutes from
two golf courses in Port Blandford & 45 minutes from a
third in Hillview and a fourth in Summerville, three salmon
rivers within five minutes drive, hiking in Terra Nova National
Park, The Discovery Trail, The Kittiwake Trail, Salvage, etc,

also bird watching trips, sea-kayaking, and camping trips
to offshore islands populated with hundreds of caribou. Along
the coast, there are trails through the tundra and forest,
where hikers can spot moose, beaver and snowshoe hare.
The lakes are a canoeing paradise, teeming with trout and
Atlantic salmon where bald eagles nest, loons call and
the northern lights play to an audience 240 nights a year.
