Come stay in one of our roomy and comfortable cottages. All our cabins feature kitchens, indoor plumbing, and a great view of Eagle Lake! Big Eagle Lodge is famous for its great food. We serve breakfast, lunch and supper. We provide the fixings for shore lunch (except the fish). If you prefer not to stop for shore lunch, we prepare sandwiches, cookies and fruit. When you hire a guide, he will fix shore lunch for you. It's like a home away from home!

With the Housekeeping package, you will provide your own groceries and cook your own meals in the comfort of a clean well furnished cottage. Each morning you will get in a clean boat with a full tank of gas. Each evening you will have your fish filleted and wrapped and frozen.

Medicine Stone Resort located on Upper Medicine Stone Lake, 15 miles west of Red Lake. The main resort is secluded, resembling the atmosphere of an outpost camp. All of our drive-in & fly-in cabins are housekeeping cabins.

Fishing opportunities are equal for trophy Walleye, Northern Pike & Lake Trout, whether you’re looking for convenient drive-in access or complete isolation at our fly-in outposts. The lakes contain a wide variety of structures & depths up to 120 ft, guaranteeing consistent fishing action year-round. The cool spring fed waters are rich in oxygen, keeping the walleye & lake trout active even in July & August, while the shallow bays & reefs harbour trophy northern pike. 

Fall black bear hunting is the best in Ontario. Hunters have the opportunity of seeing black bear in excess of 500 lbs. Our black bear hunting management unit is almost half the size of Rhode Island. The 3rd largest black bear in North America was taken from the Red Lake area (over 750 lbs).

The lodge offers 3600 square feet of interior space with dining facilities and our recreation area. Totomenai Lodge has two 3-bedroom cabins, six 2-bedroom cabins and one 1-bedroom cabin.
