Medicine Stone Resort located on Upper Medicine Stone Lake, 15 miles west of Red Lake. The main resort is secluded, resembling the atmosphere of an outpost camp. All of our drive-in & fly-in cabins are housekeeping cabins.

Fishing opportunities are equal for trophy Walleye, Northern Pike & Lake Trout, whether you’re looking for convenient drive-in access or complete isolation at our fly-in outposts. A complete wilderness experience on two of the most scenic lakes in northern Ontario with 34 miles of clean water for fishing and boating.
