Outdoor Activities: Mountain trails through pristine forests provide great hiking and biking, all within minutes of the camp. Old grown up logging roads provide excellent trails for bird watching, picnicking, etc. and canoeing down the river is a must. The ocean is minutes away, with beaches and bonfires on the Baie de Chaleur. Seclusion from crowds allows for a great opportunity to commune with nature and view abundant wildlife such as the moose and caribou.

At Rapid Lake Lodge we strickly limit group size to provide you with extensive support. Our unique V.I.P. fishing trips will allow you to fish arctic char, lake trout, and brook trout. Rapid Lake Lodge was founded in 1990 and we believe that we are the best known fly-in lodge in Northern Quebec with all lodging in private cabins and hot shower facilities, all breakfasts lunches and dinners.
